This policy explains what personal data SOFORT (sofortv.shop) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Order details: your email address, WhatsApp number, chosen package and payment method.
• Technical data: your IP address and approximate country, used to prevent fraud and route support.
• Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the website chat.

Why we use it

To process your order, send payment details, activate your access, provide support and prevent abuse. The legal basis is performing our agreement with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud (art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies and tracking

The website uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising, and a live-chat widget (Tidio). These may set cookies. Your language choice is stored in your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with services we need to run the business: email hosting, WhatsApp, payment providers, the chat provider and Meta (advertising measurement).

Retention

We keep order data for as long as your access is active and as required for accounting, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing support@sofortv.shop. You can also complain to your data protection authority (Datatilsynet in Norway or Denmark).
