How the guarantee works

• You have 180 days from the day your access is activated.
• Cancel at any time inside that period and we refund the full amount you paid for that plan.
• No reason needed and no forms to fill in.

How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@sofortv.shop from the email address you ordered with, and say you want to cancel. We confirm your cancellation and stop your access.

When you get your money

Refunds go back to the original payment method where possible, usually within 5 to 10 business days. For bank transfer, Western Union / Ria or crypto, we send the refund to the account or wallet you give us.

Other cases

• If we cannot activate your access after your payment is confirmed, you get a full refund.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate payment.

After 180 days

Once the 180 days have passed, the guarantee has ended. If you have a problem with your service, contact support and we will do our best to fix it.
