Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on sofortv.shop ("SOFORT", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

SOFORT provides access credentials for a streaming service for the term you choose (6 months, 24 months, 5 years or lifetime). Access is personal and limited to the number of devices included in your package.

2. Free trial

You can request a free 24-hour trial on WhatsApp before buying. We recommend testing on the device you intend to use.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are one-time payments. Nothing renews automatically. After you place an order we send payment details by email and WhatsApp. Your access is activated once payment is confirmed, usually within minutes.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login details private and do not resell or share them beyond your device limit.
• You need a stable internet connection (about 25 Mbit/s for 4K).
• You are responsible for using the service in line with the laws of the country you are in.

5. Availability

We aim for 99% uptime, but channels, events and on-demand titles can change, and short interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee any specific channel or event will be available at all times.

6. Suspension

We may suspend access if credentials are shared beyond your package, resold, or used abusively.

7. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current package.
